Food Bank
Thank you so much to all of staff, parents, carers and pupils who helped us collect items for our local foodbanks. Our donations were made to the local Trussel Trust organisation. They will distribute everything to the places that need it most in the local area. In 2018 the Trussel Trust handed out approximately 121,048 emergency food parcels in the West Midlands, in 2022 this number is now 278,230. Between April 2022 and March 2023, the number of people that used a food bank run by the Trussel Trust for the first time was 760,000 across the UK.
